Meet Natalie – She just graduated from Scappoose High School last week. She plans on going to the University of Oregon, where I am sure she will make the most of her four years there! Natalie just totally bust me up. You can not talk to her without her saying something that makes you laugh or smile. She is just as beautiful on the inside as she is the outside!
